- Pasta

Mixed bean pasta salad
Ingredients
350g dried pasta twists
1 red and 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and chopped
2 x 425g cans mixed beans, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
Dash of Tabasco
1 tbsp chopped fresh mixed herbs
Method
1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. Drain, place in a bowl and leave to cool.
2. Add the peppers and beans to the cooled pasta and stir to combine.
Mix together all the remaining ingredients and pour over the pasta salad. Toss well and divide between 4 bowls to serve
